Return and Exchange Policy

So your purchase isn't quite right?

No need to worry!

We have a returns and exchange policy to help you out.

 

Returns

We accept returns on full priced items that are in unworn and original condition with all original tags attached.

Please note that returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@blossompossum.com.au. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please note that your parcel or a tracking number must be received by Blossom Possum Baby Boutique within 7 days of this information being provided. If any returns are received after this time, only a store credit will be provided.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and additional postage charges for any replacements will apply.

You can opt for a credit note, exchange or refund on your item to the same value as the purchased item. Please note that if Afterpay has been used, a store credit or exchange only are available. Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and must be used in one transaction.

There are strictly no returns accepted on sale items.

Due to health and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted on dummies, teethers, swimwear or play mats.

Please note that returns will exclude any fees charged by Shopify

 

 

Exchanges

 

The wrong size was purchased? Not a problem!

If you have selected the wrong size, we will happily provide an exchange if a request is made within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@blossompossum.com.au. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please note that your parcel must be received by Blossom Possum Baby Boutique within 7 days of this information being provided.

Faulty/Damaged Items

At Blossom Possum Baby Boutique, we select our stocked items based on the highest quality products available. If you consider an item to be faulty or damaged, please email hello@blossompossum.com.au with details and photos and we will contact you.
